The functional principle of the Bavaria frame press: Ingeniously Simple - Simply Ingenious
The entry-level model for output-oriented frame production with semi-automatic pressing cycle. The protruding press corners in connection with the long-stroke cylinders allow easy pressing of all frame shapes in all sizes: diagonal, outside profiled, with transoms and mullions, etc.
The compact design allows a maximum working height at a minimum shop height: maximum working height = room height - 400 mm. Press lengths up to 6 m are possible!
Optionally available data connection for fully automatic dimension adjustment and pressing cycles, as well as production control.

Technical features

Minimal set-up times, as dimensional adjustment and pressing are carried out in a single operation
Right-angled press corners with integrated transverse pressure cylinders prevent collisions between vertical and horizontal cylinders
Several ergonomic insertion heights due to fast and easily adjustable abutments
Pressing in manual or automatic mode by push button operation
Pressing of all frame shapes: rectangular, inclinded, arched, triangular, …
Low cleaning effort due to point support of the woods in the press corners
Individually pre-programmable pressure settings for optimum press results, especially for production with many variants (option)
Quick and easy to change counter blocks for easy pressing of outside profiled frames and sashes (option)
Width adjustment either manually via 50 mm hole grid or motorised with push-button and digital display (option)
